Clyde’s many years as a lawyer includes extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration and probate work, considerable work as outside general counsel for a wide range of businesses, including subsidiaries of non-US companies, counseling closely-held businesses, business acquisitions, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. Clyde spent 25 years at the Peterson & Ross law firm in Chicago, before moving his practice to Geneva.
